Automotive Parts Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for automotive parts, tools, equipment, and restoration materials.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers for classic car parts and luxury vehicle components.
• Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and cost-effective purchasing agreements.
• Research and secure rare, discontinued, or specialized classic automotive parts.
• Coordinate with workshop teams and technicians to ensure timely availability of required items.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure all purchased items meet strict quality, authenticity, and specification standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of automotive components, spare parts, and workshop materials.
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
• Ability to identify genuine, OEM, aftermarket, and specialty automotive parts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement/inventory management systems.
• Must be currently available in the UAE for an interview.

Benefits
