Automotive Parts Interpreter

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support and automotive expertise to DIY and trade customers
• Build and maintain effective customer relationships to drive store credibility
• Use up-to-date product knowledge to problem-solve and maximize sales opportunities
• Manage customer inquiries in a busy, phone-based retail environment
• Maintain a strong safety mindset to ensure a secure environment for teammates and customers

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in automotive parts or mechanical fields
• Proven customer service and sales experience
• Proficiency in using computers and various software programs
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical customers
• Valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
• Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, and climbing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail or trade counter environment
• Ability to work flexibly according to agreed schedules and business needs
