Responsibilities
- Provide technical product support and automotive expertise to DIY and trade customers
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships to drive loyalty
- Use up-to-date product knowledge to problem-solve and maximize sales opportunities
- Manage phone-based customer service inquiries in a busy retail environment
- Maintain a strong safety mindset to ensure a secure environment for teammates and customers
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in automotive parts or mechanical fields
- Proven background in customer service and sales
- Proficiency in using computers and various software programs
- Valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing
