Automotive Parts Counter Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts currently not in stock
• Complete special order part requests
• Communicate with internal customers on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure parts department and inventory is well organized to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant experience in an automotive parts department or retail store
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
