About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate dealer operations to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps
- Coach and mentor dealer staff on sales techniques and customer service standards
- Monitor dealer progress and provide ongoing feedback and support
- Document actions taken and provide recommendations from on-site visits
- Implement best practices to enhance the customer experience
- Track and report key performance metrics
- Collaborate with dealership management to develop continuous improvement action plans
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealer or aftermarket automotive service operations
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating performance metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to dealer locations for on-site support
- Knowledge of dealer fixed operations and business objectives
- Proficiency with PC applications in a Windows environment
- Ability to analyze dealer financials and operational data
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
