Automotive Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate dealer operations to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps
• Coach and mentor dealer staff on sales techniques and customer service standards
• Monitor dealer progress and provide ongoing feedback and support
• Document actions taken and provide recommendations from on-site visits
• Implement best practices to enhance the customer experience
• Track and report key performance metrics
• Collaborate with dealership management to develop continuous improvement action plans

Requirements

• Proven experience in dealer or aftermarket automotive service operations
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating performance metrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to dealer locations for on-site support
• Knowledge of dealer fixed operations and business objectives
• Proficiency with PC applications in a Windows environment
• Ability to analyze dealer financials and operational data

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
