Automotive Mechatronics Master Technician

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain cars and commercial vehicles for customers
• Ensure smooth daily operations and manage workshop results
• Act as a reliable contact person for customers regarding workshop matters
• Mentor and train apprentices until their graduation
• Take on leadership responsibilities within the workshop

Requirements

• Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification in commercial vehicles or automotive mechatronics
• Experience in workshop management preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Understanding of economic processes
• Strong customer service orientation and independent working style
