Responsibilities

• Perform systematic vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical, electrical, heating, and water system issues
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on campervans and motorhomes
• Conduct light bodywork, including replacement of parts like lamps, windows, and side mirrors
• Troubleshoot and repair campervan appliances and equipment
• Coordinate vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams
• Maintain vehicle information systems and spare parts inventory
• Support depot operations including vehicle preparation, guest check-ins/outs, and stock management

Requirements

• Certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar automotive program
• Minimum 5 years of experience in practical mechanical and electrical repairs
• Experience with campervans is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive campervans confidently
• Legal authorization to work in Switzerland
• Availability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree in automotive engineering
• Previous experience in fleet maintenance or campervan specialized repair
