Automotive MCU/SoC Test Development & Evaluation Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop technologies to automate and streamline test development and characterization processes for automotive MCU and SoC products
• Design and develop systems to link test specifications, characterization data, and mass production test data
• Create mechanisms to automatically construct and trace product test specifications from IP and product specifications
• Implement automation techniques to optimize test specifications, improve quality, and reduce Turnaround Time (TAT)
• Establish stable data integration and automated processing methods across multiple test-related systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product testing, evaluation, or programming
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in test specification or test pattern creation
• 5+ years of experience in test program development
• 5+ years of experience in product characterization or test fixture/tool design
• 5+ years of experience in application or system software development
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor testing (both hardware and software)
