Automotive Master Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for customer and dealership vehicles
• Execute repair orders as dispatched, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues to determine necessary repair needs and provide labor, time, and parts estimates
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs are completed to factory standards
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace while managing dealership and personal tools
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Parts Department
• Participate in ongoing BMW proprietary training to stay current with industry-leading automotive technologies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background and MVR check
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with European automotive brands
• ASE certifications
