Automotive Internet Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Automotive Internet/Retail Sales Consultants
• Direct and schedule department employee activities and monitor performance
• Maintain customer service and client retention by resolving complaints immediately
• Optimize sales and profitability while overseeing Sales department operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of success as an Internet Sales Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership
• Proven track record of recruiting, training, and leading sales teams
• Proficiency in F&I processes and CDK software
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Valid California Vehicle Salesperson License (or ability to acquire one)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
