About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound Internet, phone, text, and digital leads
- Manage follow-up and set appointments using CRM, email, phone, and SMS
- Coordinate and confirm showroom visits and test drives
- Use consultative selling skills to help customers select the right vehicle
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay knowledgeable on vehicle models, features, and competitive offerings
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing questions and concerns
- Take ownership of the customer journey to create a strong dealership impression
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of previous automotive Internet sales experience within a dealership
- Strong negotiation skills and desire to succeed
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
