Automotive Internet Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound Internet, phone, text, and digital leads
• Manage follow-up and set appointments using CRM, email, phone, and SMS
• Coordinate and confirm showroom visits and test drives
• Use consultative selling skills to help customers select the right vehicle
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Stay knowledgeable on vehicle models, features, and competitive offerings
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing questions and concerns
• Take ownership of the customer journey to create a strong dealership impression

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous automotive Internet sales experience within a dealership
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Valid California Vehicle Salesperson License (or ability to acquire one)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
