About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer support requests and deliver high-quality diagnostic and repair service
- Monitor repair processes, analyze gaps, and advise on improvements
- Review existing processes to increase quality and report dealer performance
- Communicate with, coach, and help retailer staff
- Investigate root causes for technical deviations and document complex issues
- Build relationships with retailers and customers to improve function effectiveness
Requirements
- Master Technician status or equivalent certification
- Electrical diagnosis skills and experience
- Ability to investigate and diagnose complex vehicle systems remotely or hands-on
- Experience in high voltage/EV systems (desirable)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
