About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answer support requests and deliver high-quality diagnostic and repair service
  • Monitor repair processes, analyze gaps, and advise on improvements
  • Review existing processes to increase quality and report dealer performance
  • Communicate with, coach, and help retailer staff
  • Investigate root causes for technical deviations and document complex issues
  • Build relationships with retailers and customers to improve function effectiveness

Requirements

  • Master Technician status or equivalent certification
  • Electrical diagnosis skills and experience
  • Ability to investigate and diagnose complex vehicle systems remotely or hands-on
  • Experience in high voltage/EV systems (desirable)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
