Automotive General Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotation
• Execute oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance tasks
• Conduct multi-point inspections and document vehicle conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Drive vehicles safely and courteously, including picking up parts or transporting customers
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns to supervisors
• Support team members with various assigned tasks

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs frequently
• Willingness to work Saturdays (Sundays off)
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and crouching

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous automotive experience
• Knowledge of basic automotive systems
• State Inspector License
