Automotive Fleet Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by making calls to prospective and existing customers within the automotive refinishing market
• Conduct product demonstrations using spray guns and other related equipment to assist in marketing automotive products
• Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to grow sales and profits
• Perform competitive product comparisons to identify market advantages and weaknesses
• Maintain a regular sales call schedule and conduct pre-call planning to maximize efficiency
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the customer relationship through the entire sales process
• Provide technical support and access product information to meet customer application requirements
• Collaborate with branch staff to ensure service commitments and resolve product supply issues

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Ability to physically demonstrate paint products and utilize spray equipment and delivery systems
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Previous sales experience in coatings or a related field
