Responsibilities

• Analyze, consolidate, and interpret financial KPIs
• Prepare executive reports and tracking dashboards
• Evaluate trends, variations, and performance indicators
• Identify improvement opportunities based on data
• Provide analytical support to Financial Services initiatives
• Validate financial information and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and external partners
• Prepare comparisons against internal goals and historical results
• Manage information for compliance, documentation processes, and audits
• Maintain communication with distributors for data clarification

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced functions)
• Intermediate PowerPoint and CRM (preferably Salesforce) skills
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Experience working with KPIs and financial reports
