Automotive Field Operations Group Manager

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain a stable network of quality 24/7 Emergency Roadside service providers.
• Oversee the operation of ERS Fleets within the Tidewater, Virginia area and manage operations in Virginia and Alabama.
• Ensure Vendor Relations Managers achieve organizational goals regarding service quality, growth, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives and processes.
• Conduct investigations and resolve complex issues involving contract law, club policy, and business precedents.
• Perform financial analysis, including cost-benefit modeling and the preparation of detailed written proposals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of management experience with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access).
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial reports and developing cost-benefit models.
• Knowledge of contract law, regulations, and contractor network management.
• Valid Driver License with an acceptable DMV record.
• Ability to travel extensively and remain available on-call 24/7.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing other managers and diverse work teams.
• Experience managing large external vendor networks.
• Proven ability to handle effective negotiations and complex complaint resolutions.
