Automotive Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to Authorized Repairers both remotely and on-site
• Investigating and analysing technical faults and delivering clear, actionable recommendations
• Explaining diagnostic procedures
• Creating detailed technical reports and maintaining accurate case logs
• Engaging with technical departments independently and effectively
• Managing MSX and Client assets in full compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or previous experience as a Field Engineer or Technical Helpdesk Advisor in automotive, truck, industrial, or agriculture sectors
• Experience as an in-workshop Diagnostic Technician in similar industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex situations
• Teamwork mindset and a customer-focused approach
• Valid driving licence (min. Category B)
• Fluent level of English (B1 or above)
