About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell financing, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers at maximum profitability
- Review and process all paperwork relating to car deals to ensure compliance with lender, factory, and dealership requirements
- Monitor processed deals for funding and follow up on incomplete deals
- Provide customers with thorough explanations of deal structures, aftermarket products, and warranty products
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with lenders and third parties
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns immediately to maintain high service levels
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Finance experience in an Automotive dealership
- Proficiency in F&I processes and CDK software
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
