About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sell financing, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers at maximum profitability
  • Review and process all paperwork relating to car deals to ensure compliance with lender, factory, and dealership requirements
  • Monitor processed deals for funding and follow up on incomplete deals
  • Provide customers with thorough explanations of deal structures, aftermarket products, and warranty products
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with lenders and third parties
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns immediately to maintain high service levels

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Finance experience in an Automotive dealership
  • Proficiency in F&I processes and CDK software
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
