Responsibilities

• Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing to showroom standards
• Wash, dry, clay bar, polish, wax, and apply protective coatings
• Vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, condition leather, and sanitize interiors
• Operate buffers, polishers, extractors, steam cleaners, and pressure washers
• Inspect vehicles to ensure quality standards are met and identify cosmetic issues
• Prepare vehicles for photography, showroom display, and customer delivery
• Maintain detailing equipment and ensure supplies are properly stored
• Meet daily production, quality, and turnaround goals

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional automotive detailing experience
• Experience in a high-volume dealership, reconditioning center, or fleet environment
• Knowledge of automotive detailing chemicals, products, and equipment
• Ability to identify cosmetic defects and recommend corrective actions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience detailing luxury or electric vehicles
• Paint correction and ceramic coating experience
• Knowledge of dealership or used vehicle reconditioning processes
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
