Automotive Detailer

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cosmetic inspections to identify detailing needs and ensure vehicles meet quality standards
• Execute paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing
• Repair and replace small components to ensure functionality and visual appeal
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver customer satisfaction
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements

Requirements

• Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles safely

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in automotive detailing tasks such as washing, waxing, buffing, masking, and sanding
• Familiarity with replacing small parts and performing minor cosmetic repairs
