About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily presence at the distributor to provide training and follow up on submitted operations
- Drive the placement of automotive credit products within assigned agencies
- Identify business opportunities directly on the showroom floor and design tailored financial schemes
- Negotiate and manage objections to ensure high closing rates against competitors
- Develop and maintain high-level productive relationships with Sales Managers and dealership advisors
- Perform qualitative client profiling to ensure viable files and accelerate approval and disbursement times
- Monitor market trends and competitor financing promotions to propose immediate counter-tactics
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales
- Proven experience in the placement of financial products or aggressive client prospecting
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to perform risk analysis and client profiling
- Deep understanding of commercial offers and credit policies
