About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with workshops in the network to increase performance, utilization, and revenue
- Advise on spare parts improvements and support sales target achievement
- Implement business standards and promote quality and efficiency
- Initiate marketing campaigns and perform sales analysis
- Conduct sales visits and build customer relationships
- Use CRM platforms for lead management, customer management, and sales forecasting
- Monitor and report sales results and collect market data
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive industry (e.g., service assistant, spare parts service, service advisor, or automotive technician)
- Strong coaching and sales promotion skills
- Ability to influence and inspire others
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong digital competence and adaptability to new technologies
- Proven success in achieving sales targets in the parts trade
- Fluency in German
