About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with workshops in the network to increase performance, utilization, and revenue
  • Advise on spare parts improvements and support sales target achievement
  • Implement business standards and promote quality and efficiency
  • Initiate marketing campaigns and perform sales analysis
  • Conduct sales visits and build customer relationships
  • Use CRM platforms for lead management, customer management, and sales forecasting
  • Monitor and report sales results and collect market data

Requirements

  • Experience in the automotive industry (e.g., service assistant, spare parts service, service advisor, or automotive technician)
  • Strong coaching and sales promotion skills
  • Ability to influence and inspire others
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong digital competence and adaptability to new technologies
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets in the parts trade
  • Fluency in German
