About the role
Responsibilities
- Review repair and maintenance needs for vehicles in the reconditioning facility
- Coordinate minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks with the mechanic team
- Track repair schedules, updates, and documentation in internal systems
- Communicate with management and team members regarding repair status
- Support high-volume workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain organized records of repair and maintenance activities
- Identify and help resolve discrepancies between repair estimates, progress, and standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years as an apprentice automotive technician
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license (minimum G2)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to commute to Mississauga
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including overtime
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical school or automotive program background
- Previous administrative or automotive support experience
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology or shop operations
- Experience using scheduling, workflow, or task management tools
