Automotive Aftersales Network Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new automotive workshops into the network
• Analyze potential leads and create target business lists
• Conduct personal performance analyses and improvements
• Evaluate credit risks for new workshops
• Contact prospects via calls, emails, and site visits
• Present network benefits and service packages to potential partners
• Manage contracts, legal documentation, and onboarding administration
• Coordinate with Business Success Specialists for seamless onboarding
• Ensure compliance with corporate identity standards
• Gather feedback through experience reports to improve processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong analytical skills for lead selection and performance analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage administrative tasks and legal documentation
• Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on goal achievement
• Strong digital skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the parts trade
