About the role
Responsibilities
- Install air conditioning and auxiliary heater components
- Test and troubleshoot a/c and heater components according to federal and company standards
- Charge and reclaim refrigerants
- Handle hazardous waste appropriately and follow spill response procedures
- Meet production goals, safety, 5S, and QA/QC standards
Requirements
- One year of experience as an A/C Technician
- Ability to complete and maintain MACS certification
- Proficiency with pneumatic and power tools
- General knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards
- Ability to read English and Metric tape measures
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in high heat (up to 105 degrees)
