Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential customers through inbound leads, walk-ins, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features and value propositions.
- Recommend suitable vehicle models, financing options, and after-sales services based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning.
- Collaborate with finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle launches.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and dealership promotions.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative in the automotive industry.
- In-depth technical knowledge of automobiles, including specifications and performance metrics.
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong negotiation, closing techniques, and customer retention skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
