About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on automation systems, including sensors, actuators, PLCs, control panels, and field devices.
  • Conduct inspections, adjustments, and calibrations on automation and automatic control equipment to ensure technical standards are met.
  • Execute electrical tests, including insulation and continuity measurements, to diagnose faults and ensure process stability.
  • Interpret electrical and logical diagrams to perform technical interventions and parameterize control devices.
  • Install, configure, and provide technical support for the assembly of automation components.
  • Document all technical interventions accurately in management systems to ensure traceability.
  • Support automation projects, functional testing, and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen).
  • Monitor third-party services to ensure compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Automation.
  • Proven experience in Industrial Automation.
  • Active CRT (Certificado de Registro Técnico) registration.
  • Valid NR-35 and NR-10 certifications.
  • Proficiency with PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Industrial Instrumentation and Industrial Networks (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Understanding of robotics, sensors, and actuators.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
  • Experience with SCADA and HMI supervision and control software.
