Automation Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all subsystems, robotic equipment, and process support equipment
• Collaborate with the automation team on the qualification process of automated systems
• Record procedures, results, numerical/graphical data, and recommendations for product or method changes
• Maintain software, documentation, and equipment to the latest revision or operational specifications
• Utilize power tools and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a strong awareness of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Associate's degree, military training, or equivalent vocational training
• 2+ years of related experience in an equipment maintenance position
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems
