Automation Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, program, maintain, and repair automated systems within an industrial environment
• Ensure efficient machinery operation and minimize production downtime
• Support the installation, integration, and testing of new equipment or production lines prior to operation
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with a sense of urgency

Requirements

• Experience in PLC programming and configuration (AB, OMRON, SIEMENS, etc.)
• Experience with HMI interface systems (Proface, Siemens, etc.)
• Proficiency in installing and configuring sensors, actuators, cylinders, and valves
• Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial electromechanical controls
• Intermediate technical English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of robotics systems
