About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support for Automation Systems projects, including design, architecture, control narratives, and data flows.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of Automation and Control Systems ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Support the management of change process for instrumentation, controls, and IT design packages.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and recommendations for equipment and systems.
  • Utilize inventory databases and design tools to maintain documentation and improve engineering work processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of on-site facility experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation or electrical engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a recognized university.
  • Configuration experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen-Bradley or Emerson PAC).
  • Experience with AVEVA System Platform (SCADA).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in an Automation Systems role with an owner-operator, control systems supplier, or systems integrator.
  • Experience executing greenfield and/or brownfield projects in onshore, upstream, oil and gas facilities.
