Automation & Stability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand the Global Regression Library and automated test suite
• Develop and maintain automated tests for critical API endpoints and external integrations
• Design and run automated load and performance tests per release
• Implement and monitor SAST/DAST security scanning embedded in the CI/CD pipeline
• Verify the technical integrity of rollback plans and ensure one-click rollback readiness
• Monitor and act on quality gate risks, coverage gaps, and performance baseline drifts

Requirements

• 3+ years building and owning automated test infrastructure in a SaaS or enterprise environment
• Proven track record of reducing production incidents through automated quality gating
• Hands-on experience implementing SAST/DAST security scanning in CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with automated load and performance testing
• Strong written communication skills for distributed and asynchronous work
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dental, healthcare, or regulated SaaS environments
