Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical authority in solution design and integration to drive software transformation projects for clients.
• Design and build interactive software demos, utilizing Python scripting to integrate with external systems.
• Manage external integration partners and collaborate with consulting teams to develop impactful workflows and presentations.
• Conduct research and development into new technologies and tools to drive innovative business solutions.
• Improve team architecture, deployment, and operations practices to adopt industry standards for automation and compliance.
• Partner with software development teams to translate client feedback into functional software enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 8-10 years of technology experience, including 3-5 years delivering automation projects within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven experience leading or managing at least one automation delivery project.
• Advanced Python scripting skills (required for technical assessment).
• Proficiency with SQL and ODBC.
• Hands-on experience with automation software such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, PEGA, Power Automate, or Alteryx.
• Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work alongside non-technical teams.
