Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain dynamic actions, workflows, rules, automations, and other platform configurations for enterprise-level clients
• Partner with internal teams and clients to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions
• Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of client-specific platform configurations
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Managed Services teams to improve platform functionality
• Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Perform data auditing, review, and cleanup activities to support platform integrity
• Develop and maintain documentation, configuration standards, and best practices
• Create customized enablement and training materials and train users on platform capabilities
• Contribute feedback and enhancement recommendations to Product teams

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing SaaS, platform operations, configuration, implementation, or solutions-focused role
• Experience configuring workflows, automations, rules engines, or platform-based solutions within a SaaS environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and/or Technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Jira, Excel, and knowledge management/documentation tools
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
