Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan and configure order waves according to established calendars and operational needs.
• Coordinate wave schedules with Distribution and Transport teams during non-standard weeks or special campaigns.
• Collaborate on resolving operational incidents, identifying root causes, and managing follow-ups with technical areas.
• Supervise the execution of automated processes to ensure correct functioning and adherence to delivery deadlines.
• Extract and analyze data from management systems to create daily reports for decision-making and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Verify data consistency between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the ERP to guarantee traceability.
• Prioritize and execute operational tasks based on real-time warehouse needs.

Requirements

• Experience in automated logistics environments or order management.
• Working knowledge of WMS and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and organized mindset with the ability to work transversally across different warehouse areas.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make operational decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in office tools, specifically Excel and Power BI for data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in logistics centers within the textile or retail sectors.
• Knowledge of operational planning and automation processes.
• A strong orientation toward continuous improvement and collaborative teamwork.
