Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism RPA, Power Automate, and Decipher (IDP).
• Gather business requirements and design scalable, reusable automation solutions for finance processes.
• Develop detailed documentation, including automation manuals and user instructions.
• Support UAT execution, solution deployment, and post-go-live operations monitoring.
• Perform code optimization and fix defects in existing solutions based on business feedback.
• Manage project lifecycles, including planning, risk communication, and resource coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in automation or business process optimization.
• Expertise in Blue Prism RPA or Power Automate (Desktop).
• Hands-on experience with VBA, MySQL, Python scripts, and MS PowerApps.
• Proven ability to integrate 3rd party applications via APIs (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, Azure, MS Outlook).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• RPA certifications (Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.) or PowerApps certification.
• Experience with Agentic workflows via MS CoPilot, Logic Apps, or Azure cognitive services.
• Basic proficiency in SAP business processes.
