Automation Solutions Developer

Responsibilities

• Partner and collaborate with Operations experts and IT teams to deliver robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and design implementable technical solutions using automation technologies and development best practices.
• Identify potential automation opportunities and propose digital transformation plans to increase operational efficiencies.
• Perform integration testing of RPA solutions into larger subsystems and extended automation environments.
• Integrate automation workflows using RPA or Alteryx into existing business processes and applications.
• Analyze, design, build, and test cloud-based solutions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of automation and consulting experience, ideally with a focus on digital transformation.
• Hands-on working experience in one or more areas: RPA, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, or Cognitive Automation.
• Proficiency in Python or VBA.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and various software development approaches.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technology to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools such as Automation Anywhere, Alteryx, Tableau, Workfusion, or re:infer.
• Professional experience within the Investment Banking sector.
