Automation Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform
• Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures
• Maintain the integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the Program suite
• Provide quality assurance to Project functional groups regarding schedule performance tracking
• Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports
• Perform critical path and probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules
• Design and develop Delta V schedules for PLC/DCS controlled processes
• Develop integrated IT and Automation Commissioning sequences
• Collaborate with Process Engineers and validation teams to translate URS and FDS into planning logic

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of applicable experience in project scheduling
• Experience in development, preparation, review, and baselining of project schedules
• Proficiency with Primavera P6
• Experience with critical path analysis and risk analysis programs
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, or Data Center sectors
