Automation Reliability Associate

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve faults generated by automated guided vehicles (AGVs)
• Utilize tablets and reports to assess fault locations and ensure timely resolution
• Track and escalate fault trends to facilitate root cause analysis
• Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams to resolve technical issues
• Provide backup support for ASOs and perform preventative maintenance (PMs)
• Ensure all fault resolutions are performed safely and in accordance with protocols
• Maintain maximum vehicle uptime to meet established KPI metrics

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of exposure to PKMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
• Lockout tagout certification
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 2p-10p)
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
