Responsibilities
- Design and implement mechanisation infrastructure to support business growth or process optimization
- Procure equipment to support operations and processes
- Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) documents
- Analyze and implement new automation within distribution center operations
- Manage and control project costs and CAPEX budgets
- Build viability studies and ROI models for new projects
- Manage supplier engagement and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or B-Tech in Mechatronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of automation experience
- Experience in large-scale distribution centers, production environments, or warehousing
- Working knowledge of PLC implementation and programming
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and networking
- SQL database management and querying experience
- Experience with process mapping and project cost control
