Automation Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of static product and product imagery for ecommerce platforms
• Create master templates and prepare assets for large-scale localisation workflows
• Manage and coordinate campaign rollouts ensuring adherence to technical briefs and brand standards
• Collaborate with creative, tech, and production teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Act as the primary client-facing point of contact for project updates and relationship management
• Use project management and creative workflow tools to enhance efficiency and transparency
• Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyse project performance and recommend process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within an ad agency
• Specific experience in the beauty and eCommerce sectors
• Demonstrated experience with automation-driven projects
• Proven ability to produce both static and motion content at scale
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to interpret technical briefs
• Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies in content production
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English

• Experience in the beauty industry
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing and automation workflows
