Automation Preventive Maintenance Inspector III

Responsibilities

• Act as a PLC automation specialist within the continuous casting process
• Manage and analyze alarms, ensuring compliance with technical standards
• Develop and monitor alarm-related projects and technical documentation
• Provide technical guidance and pass information/demands to other inspectors
• Support continuous improvement workshops and operational execution
• Perform complex fault diagnosis and analysis regarding system architecture, motors, and integrated processes

Requirements

• Technical degree in Automation or related engineering fields
• Active CFT registration
• Proven experience in PLC and industrial automation systems
• Experience in fault diagnosis and complex process analysis
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with continuous casting processes
• Strong technical leadership capabilities
• Ability to work with high autonomy within established area standards
