Automation Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, and repair sensory systems along with mechanical and industrial equipment
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance
• Manage inventory and storage of spare parts and tools according to protocol
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and proactively report concerns with solution recommendations
• Organize the warehouse to ensure easy access and location of items
• Ensure operational functionality of base building systems including plumbing, electrical, and security
• Perform custodial duties and assist with vendors or procurement as needed

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in automated facilities (fulfillment, pharmacy, manufacturing, or food and beverage)
• At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical components (relays, time delay circuits, fuses, solenoids, sensors, and motors)
• Ability to read engineered diagrams
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Documents, Gmail)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
