Automation Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive and scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, and sensory systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems such as conveyance, robotics, bottling machinery, and refrigeration.
• Analyze and repair electrical components including relays, solenoids, sensors, and motors.
• Manage inventory and secure storage of spare parts and tools according to protocol.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, downtime events, and repairs.
• Support base building systems including minor plumbing, electrical, and security systems.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Documents, Gmail).
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in automated facilities (fulfillment, manufacturing, pharmacy, or food and beverage).
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components and interface devices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineered diagrams and schematics.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs unassisted and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Availability for Back Half Daytime hours (Thursday–Saturday, 8am – 8pm).
