Automation Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide automation technical support to ensure machine reliability and high-performing operations in line with SMQDC-P standards
• Optimize maintenance performance through effective preventive and corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve TRS performance
• Act as a key technical interface between central technical teams, engineering, and external partners
• Coach and develop maintenance teams to strengthen technical competencies and capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in automation, maintenance, or industrial environments
• Proven experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley / Rockwell, Siemens)
• Experience in Variable Speed Drives (VSD / Inverters) configuration and commissioning (ABB, Siemens, Rockwell)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams
• Proficiency in both Thai and English communication
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
