Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and manage control systems including PLC coding and HMI configuration
• Commission, service, and document automation systems for customer processes
• Manage network infrastructure, PI systems, and recipe systems
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of automation solutions
• Provide production support and oversee small projects or defined areas within larger projects
• Contribute to the health and safety of the workplace and colleagues

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in automation engineering
• Proven experience in engineering, commissioning, and servicing automation systems
• Proficiency in PLC coding and HMI configuration
• Strong troubleshooting skills for automation solutions
• Fluency in English and Mandarin as working languages
• Valid work permit for working in Taiwan
