Automation Engineer - Maintenance Department

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve current machine failures reported in SAP
• Perform auxiliary repair work on production machinery
• Manage reporting modules within SAP
• Execute planned technical inspections and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Maintain high 5S standards within the Maintenance Department
• Collaborate on failure analysis using methodologies such as ABC and 5xWhy
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance systems
• Perform modifications, modernizations, and repairs of machines and components

Requirements

• Technical or higher education (technical background is an advantage)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar automation or maintenance role
• Ability to read and analyze technical drawings and schematics
• Valid SEP qualifications
• Proficiency with Sinumerik, TIA Portal, and Step7 environments
• Experience with vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, IFM, or NeuroCheck)
• Knowledge of CodeSys (Opconn, Bosch L40, VEP30)
• Knowledge of Rexroth and Siemens drives
• Experience with Staubli industrial robots
