Automation Engineer JR

Responsibilities

• Implement new technologies and transfer projects
• Optimize manual, semi-automatic, and automatic processes
• Design solutions using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Work with vision systems such as Cognex, Keyence, IFM, and SYNERGX
• Program and operate Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, and Mitsubishi PLCs
• Manage control, power, and vision systems
• Configure and program frequency inverters
• Automate processes and reduce cycle times
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Update electrical components and control panels
• Program industrial robots
• Apply safety, environmental, and quality standards

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in the automotive, injection, or WCM environments
• Specialization in automation and vision systems
• Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
• Knowledge of plastic injection processes
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, and Lean Manufacturing
• Familiarity with IATF and ISO 14000 standards
• Mastery of problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, 5W+2H, 8D)
