Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and optimize automation systems for building automation and energy technology
• Integrate technical systems including ventilation, heating, cooling, and security systems
• Participate in the full project lifecycle from preliminary studies and design to installation, testing, and commissioning
• Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and service for existing automation solutions
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, technicians, and customers
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and projects

Requirements

• Engineering degree in automation, energy, or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Experience programming and commissioning control systems (e.g., PLC, DUC, SCADA)
• Knowledge of control systems, DUC/PLC, and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.)
• Several years of experience in building automation
• Understanding of SCADA/BMS and monitoring systems
• Valid Driver's License (Class B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in energy efficiency and environmental issues within buildings or industry
• Ability to work independently and responsibly within a team environment
