Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and documentation of cloud architecture solutions and recommendations
• Collaborate with the cloud architecture team on technical research, analysis, and data gathering
• Assist in maintaining cloud security and compliance standards
• Provide support in troubleshooting technical issues within cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and best practices
• Stay updated on cloud technology advancements and provide insights to the team
• Assist in regular reporting on the status and progress of cloud architecture projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cloud architecture, IT, or a related field
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect)
• Experience leading small projects or workstreams in cloud architecture
